Don't let a lack of reviews scare you - new owners for this newly renovated, oceanfront condo. Bedroom has a king bed and second bedroom has twin bunk beds with a privacy curtain instead of a door. Brand new sleeper sofa with a queen. Sleeps 6!

Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. AMAZING views at this oceanfront condo in North Ocean City. Washer and Dryer in the unit, updated flooring, new kitchen and open space. Three flat screen TV's, separate space for the kids and did I mention incredible Oceanfront Views with comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the view?!?

Large community pool and beach access. Paid parking onsite (machines in front of the building). Elevators onsite to make enjoying this 5th floor view even more enjoyable!

This area of Ocean City has everything you need (112th Street) with the ability to get away from some of the noise and congestion!

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us! Direct beach access and condo was perfect size for our family very clean and extremely comfortable! Host was great and quick response with any questions !!

The property manager was available easily with quick responses to anything we need. Only thing that could've been better is if dish soap was provided to clean up at the end of the stay

Love the location!

The condo was in a great location with an amazing view! The beach was just steps away and the pool was an added bonus! Several restaurants, stores etc were all in short walking distance too, which made things super convenient.

Amazing spot!

We stayed here July 22-26, 2025 with kids age 13 and 8. The location is perfect with quick and easy access to the beach. The pool was large and shady in the afternoons. The unit provided us plenty of space, and the view from the balcony is incredible. Parking is readily available with easy in and out access. Communication with owner was excellent and check in and check out a breeze. We will be back!

Right on the Beach

The condo was great! It was clean& updated the kitchen was well supplied, great view of the beach, easy access to the beach, a nice pool and although there were no issues the owner was responsive upon check in. I would recommend this place and we would definitely stay again!

Great place for a small family!!

My family and I were looking for a place for a short week getaway. Great location for a family with young kids. Close to food shopping, great places to eat and activities. Renovated condo with very nice new amenities. Owner was very responsive with any questions. Will definitely look to return in the future.

Great place to stay at Ocean City with young kids

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The layout is great for a family with 2 small children. Everything was clean and as described. Jennifer was great, we didn't have any issues with our stay, but I'm sure if we did she would have taken care of it. The king bed was very comfortable. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Quick get away

The condo is easy to access and in a great location. The view from the balcony is amazing… listening to the ocean is good for the soul. The pictures are accurate and the condo is nicely remodeled. The beach is easy to get to and the pool is a nice bonus. Places in ocean city are hit or miss, this is a hit! Owners are very responsive and want you to enjoy your stay.

Amazing family vacation!

My family had an amazing time at this location ! Everything was clean and updated. Having the washer & Dryer in the unit made life a lot easier. The elevator to the pool and beach access is right outside the door which made life so much easier. The outdoor seating on the balcony was comfortable and made for a beautiful breakfast spot with the view of the sunrise and beach. It was also nice to have plenty of drawers and closet space to fully unpack easily! Overall we had an amazing experience and hope to stay here again next year!

Condo at the beach

For a big change, just my husband and I went. Usually we go as a big family group and rent a house that’s not in view of the ocean. This condo was within steps of the beach and the pool. It had a balcony that overlooked the pool, the beach and the ocean. It was lovely. The location was convenient to a grocery store and restaurants, some within walking distance. The condo was clean and had some nice upgrades to the kitchen (huge fridge/freezer and new washer/dryer) and the living area. The bathroom was small but totally adequate. The host was friendly and responsive to our questions. We would gladly stay here again.
