The entire place was very clean. The host was very nice and easy to deal with. No problems at all. Access to the beach was perfect and the weather was amazing the entire time! My little granddaughter asked if we could definitely come back again next year!

We really loved Mark’s place! It was such a great location with a beautiful pool facility. There are umbrella and chair rentals right in front. The condo is very modern and clean! Mark was super responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was beautifully renovated, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The updates really made the space feel modern and inviting. Communication with the owner was outstanding—they were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process simple from booking through checkout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing shore getaway!

Our stay in this condo was amazing! The condo was recently renovated and everything was brand new. The host was very friendly and communicative, and thanks to that the check in process was one of the easiest we’ve ever experienced. My family had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend- you won’t be disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was exactly as pictured. It was really clean and communication with owner was top notch. The location was so close to the beach and the pool was amazing. A extra bonus that we didn’t know about until arrival is that the balcony is enclosed and there’s a sliding glass door between the balcony and the living room. When the door is closed it’s like having 2 separate living spaces. Our teenagers really enjoyed having their own space to hang out during the day. If you had an air mattress someone could technically sleep there! Don’t forget to bring towels and sheets.

Overall, the place was decent. The rooms would get really hot at night and the hot water tank repeatedly went off, but the place was clean. There was no basic items like salt/pepper, extra trash bags and toilet paper accessible for us. The biggest issue was the communication with the host. We had inquired about canceling for a family emergency and there was no sympathy for our situation. However, knowing we would lose so much money, we wanted to keep our reservation. The host called my husband and said that he already re-booked and we would only receive 1/2 of our payment back because he re-booked… we had to go through the booking site and they had to contact the host to ensure we were still reserved for the time. He seemed to be trying to keep 1/2 our payment and get another full payment from someone else… but in the end, it worked out and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, steps to the beach. Everything was new & clean. Please remember to bring towels and sheets, we didn’t think of it and had to make a trip to TJ maxx up the street.
