Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock all doors and windows. Run thermostat to 75 degrees.
Place used bath towels in bathroom.
Bag all garbage and take out to cans by the road. Place cans with lid openings towards the road and 3 ft apart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
