2023 RENOVATED Waterfront Condo, Great Location-Boat Rental-Pool-Fire Pit

This Condo is part of "The Dens" condos at Big Bear Resort. It is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with an additional vanity in each spare bedroom (handy for washing face / brushing teeth). King bed in the master with a connected bathroom, queen bed in one room, and two bunk beds (twin over full) in the third. Washer and dryer, under counter ICE MACHINE, and dishwasher in the condo. There is a roll away twin bed and a pack and play available for your use as well!
You will have access to all of the amenities that Big Bear Resort has to offer including access to a swimming pool, a sandy beach right outside the condo, gazebos, fire pit right on the water, and rental opportunities at the marina (pontoon, speedboat, fishing boat, paddleboat, knee board, tubes, skis, etc.) The view from the patio of this condo is one of the best on the lake, you have a perfectly unobstructed view of the main lake from a convenient screened in porch. The condo is on the first floor, so you have easy access and will not have to worry with stairs (minor 2-3 steps to front entrance and garage entrance). If you'd like a boat slip, the marina has low cost nightly rental slips for your use as low as $15 / day. I've also left a couple yard games for your use, Bocce Ball, Corn Hole, and the resort has a volleyball net and basketball court. There is a gas grill in the garage for your use as well as a small charcoal grill. A keurig coffee pot is also available in the kitchen.

You will not be disappointed in this relaxing, luxurious condo.

The specifics of the slip rental fees are located at the Big Bear Resort website, or you can call to rent a slip... they have covered and uncovered slips available.

I have found it very easy and convenient to reserve the slip, if you need any help with this please just let me know.

Preparation for your stay:
We will provide starter toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, and small hotel style soap/shampoo/conditioner. If you’ll be staying more than a few days, we recommend buying some of these supplies. Some other items to consider buying include: paper plates, zip lock bags, Kleenex, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil.

We do not have control over the pool or beach area. Memorial Day to Labor Day is the prime season and these areas are typically in good shape and open, but it's possible before memorial or after labor day that the pool will not be open and the beach area won't be in great condition.

The condo had the most awesome view of the lake and the sunrise. It was equipped with all that we needed. And we were near everything we wanted to do. Swimming at the beach or pool, marina to rent a float boat for the day, and many more activities. The condo itself was beautiful. Plenty of room for grandkids and kids. We will be back for sure. Awesome Lakehouse!

Description didn't do it justice! It was amazing!!! The view was amazing and we had a wide age range from teens to older adults and had a blast! The place had EVERYTHING imaginable and more. It was very well equipped in comparison to many other stays I've had in other places. The owner was VERY accommodating and got back to me when WE did the code wrong and wasn't at all put out by our inability to follow directions! :)

This condo is in a great location and has updated decor. It has a great view of the lake from the screened in sunroom and is close to the beach and piers. The kitchen was adequately stocked, but if you have a larger group, you may want to bring a few big bowls and paper plates. However, it served our group of 9-15 (not all 15 of us stayed in this condo, but we met for dinner) just fine. The extra ice maker is a very nice touch for cocktails or coolers. The grill was practically brand new and great to use. There are plenty of towels and linens as well as a washer and dryer. The bunk bed room was adequate for our 5 kids. The extra sinks in each bedroom were nice for washing faces and brushing teeth when the main bathrooms were in use. The dining room and family room are very open and great for hanging out. Bring board games or cards and sit back and relax. The wifi was hit or miss but we didn't mind as vacation is about connecting with family. The resort has a pool that you can use and the owners left pool noodles. The pool was very clean and well kept. The beach on this part of the lake is very rocky. It's not great sand. I'd recommend bringing water shoes. We did swim every day but it's a little rough getting into the water. The marina is not extremely helpful but there are plenty around. We rented a very nice boat from a nearby marina. The larger businesses in the area will take cards but take note that many places only accept cash. We commented many times that it's the perfect lake house. The owner is very responsive to any questions. We would recommend this condo to anyone who asked!

Great place to get away and unwind!

This condo is exactly as the pictures portray - spacious, with comfortable beds and a fabulous view of the lake. We loved the screened in porch and spent many hours out there with a good book, feet up, listening to the sound of the water lapping against the shore. So calming and relaxing - just what we needed! Matt was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful Condo on the Lake

My family and I had a wonderful 4th of July extended weekend at the condo. The condo was sparkling clean and full of comfort. Easy access and exactly what we needed for a great time. Matt was wonderful and attentive to any questions that we had. Neighbors were very nice. Beds were comfortable and AC works excellent over the hot weekend. Easy access to the lake and super view out the living room and master bedroom windows! I would highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone especially families!

The Big Bear Resort has great amenities and this condo has one of the best views on the lake. This area of Kentucky lake is one of the most populated and fun areas to be. We knew that even if the condo doesn't rent much, we'll love to be there and enjoy this space.
