Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The backyard is the lake with lots of nature (birds, ducks, ducklings, rabbits, frogs and small/medium sized allegator in water (Please take special care when next to the lake). Go fish from backyard (need a permit).
About 45 minutes drive from Tampa International airport and an hour drive from Orlando international airport, this area in Lakeland will provide you an affordable accommodation with some good memories

Please no loud parties. When leaving please keep all doors (Backdoor, garage door, front door) closed and windows shut
Please avoid going near the edge of the lake, there are alligators in the lake small but dangerous
Please throw away accumulated trash in the trash bin thats on the side of the property and on Thursday night please take out the trash to the street

Our daughters went to Southeastern this house was our go to house when visiting them. We loved sitting on back porch watching the birds even saw a young alligator walk thru backyard

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was clean and comfortable, the view of the lake was pretty and we saw lots of birds and bunnies. The host was very communicative and was reachable when we contacted him with questions. The house is close to downtown, shopping, and restaurants, every convenience you would need. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again if we are in the area.

Peace and Calm Property

Great for family of different ages (80yr to 40yr). Super clean, pleasant, relaxing, especially the patio area. Host was superb in communication. Great for our needs!

Although in town for unpleasant circumstances, our stay was very peaceful and convenient. Everthing was great and house was very clean and many homey touches. We were suprised to see no tvs in the bedrooms....i have to sleep with a tv.....maybe put that outthere so people can bring one as i went and bought one i dont need. Overall great and we had alot of fun with the ping pong.
