For entertainment and relax you have a huge pool and patio with different games to play, there is a smart TV in each bedroom equipped with Netflix. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and there is another bathroom with a tub in the main hallway

If your departure day is Wednesday, please place both trash cans in the driveway.
Please leave the pool furniture as it was arranged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Our is a 100% smoke and events free enviroment. Smoking or party may imply an extra $100.00 fee as per cleaning services.
We have security cameras on the front and rear of the property. There are no cameras inside the house or in the pool.
This is a quiet and safe community. Please respect our neihbors privacy and monitor noise levels during night, specifically from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
