Beautiful and newly updated condo, ground level, with extra large lanai overlooking water way which is home to a lot of Florida’s wildlife, i.e. turtles, otters, cranes, storks and birds. Included in rental is a large and beautiful outdoor swimming pool, workout center, indoor basketball court, and indoor racquetball court. It is only minutes to restaurants and shopping, and only 6 miles to beaches.

There is one assigned parking spot with plenty of guest parking available.
