The beach access path is mere steps from the front door and you overlook the community pool from the front balcony. Water access from the community dock. Less than a mile from shops and restaurants.
The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. Towels and bedsheets are provided. An outdoor shower at the back of the house is perfect for rinsing off after a beach day. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets or the intracoastal views sitting at the back deck.
Outdoor amenities: 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards, 3 surf boards, 3 boogie boards, 5 bicycles, corn hole, umbrella for the beach, 5 beach chairs, cart for beach transportation. 6 life jackets are provided.
The Topshell Island Getaway house has something for everyone, whether you are looking to have a laid back vacation, or enjoy water activities.
