One of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences in StA. Anastasia Viletta is a 3/4 stroll to downtown or a 3.5 mile bike/ride to the beach, and right on top of many of the new and best restaurants, and right near the Amphitheater. Cozy house, nice yard, plenty of space, front screened patio, back large deck, and all the amenities you could need or want. Rejuvenation awaits.

The host was very accommodating on a couple of items and was also very communicative. The accommodations were very clean and so much more than we were expecting. I will definitely recommend and if/when we come back to St Augustine would love to stay there again.

Great Bungalow in a quiet neighborhood steps from downtown!

Host was communicative and pleasant and the unit was just as listed. Wonderful quiet neighborhood just across the street from downtown. Will definitely look to stay again next time we’re in town!

Perfect place for family and pets

This house was the perfect place for our family, including the dogs. It was clean and comfortable with a nicely fenced backyard. It was a quick walk over the bridge ti get to downtown. Tom was a gracious host and responsive to our messages. We will definitely try to book this place when we return to St Augustine!

Birthday Getaway

We had a nice getaway with our child, dogs and family. Home is nicely fenced off for our dogs. Very spacious and you can't beat the location. The communication with Thom was excellent and the 11:00 a.m. checkout was priceless. Definitely met all of our needs.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was amazing to work with. The property was better than the pictures and the host had a lot of extra supplies on hand. The only negative thing would be the temperature if the front bedroom. The host is aware though.

Nice and quiet

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 mid sized dogs and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house as well as Saint Augustine. Tom was a great host. He helped me find a veterinarian for our Cali (she must have been bitten/stung prior to leaving home). He also let me know if there were any issues or questions we had to feel free to reach out to him. There was one couch and two chairs in the living room versus the two couches shown in the picture. Bill and I enjoyed that more than having two couches. Plenty of dining options on both sides of the bridge. I seriously recommend Osprey Tacos (crispy tofu was so good) andA1A Beachside Diner (fresh fruit waffle was awesome). Cafe Eleven was really good too ( I had a veganized breakfast burrito). If you stay here we hope you enjoy it as much as we did! Super comfy and quiet!
