This gorgeous 4-story Grayton Beach home is perfectly located just steps from the beach and close to some of the best spots in 30A. This home offers 7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a private pool, exquisite emerald coast views from three balconies, and wonderful accommodations for up to 22 guests!

Tranquil blue interiors and refreshing coastal décor set the stage for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The first floor’s open-concept floor plan welcomes guests to relax and enjoy time together. The living room offers plush seating—including a large sectional sofa—and a flat-screen television, perfect for enjoying a family movie. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for a large group, with one full-size stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample storage space. Two long tables in the nearby dining area provide lots of guest seating.

This home’s second and third floors house the main guest rooms and offer a variety of sleeping accommodations. The second floor features a king bed guest room with an attached bathroom; a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds and an attached bathroom; and a spacious guest room with two cozy king beds and a private bathroom. On the third floor are three guest rooms: The first room features a queen sleigh bed and an adjoining bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an attached bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The final guest room on this level offers a beautiful queen bed, a flat-screen television, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Great Family Vacation Home

We had a wonderful week with family and the home was not only beautiful, but very functional. Would recommend pool cleaning with all the palm berries and WiFi boosters with four floors.

We had a group of 14 come for spring break. We loved the layout of the house as everyone had enough space. We enjoyed the bikes that came with the house. We especially love Grayton Beach as it is quiet and has a lot less traffic than other areas. 360 Blue was very attentive to any need we had.

Five families stayed in Seas the Day for a week during our kids’ Spring Break. The size and layout of the house perfectly accommodated the mix of adults and teens. Having 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 large tables made meal times easier. The house appears to have new furniture, but does need some TLC in the near future to bring it up to 30A standards. Overall, a great place to stay. One quick fix - add bed skirts or fitted sheets to all of the beds ASAP!!

Pros -Great space for 10 adults and 9 children. -Great kitchen/common area -Well stocked kitchen/ including 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers -Great private pool (but on the smaller side) -Bikes were great -We love Chiringo’s right across the street! Cons -Air conditioning can’t be set below 72 degrees and at times couldn’t keep up -Washing machine sometimes stopped in mid-cycle -Built in ice maker barely worked -It needs a thorough cleaning but was mostly satisfactory. -The only beach on 30A with vehicle access by permit for property owners/ trucks often on the beach

I am very impressed with 360 blue. They truly offer great service. We had someone meet us at the property on arrival and easily was able to message the company using the app about a maintenance issue. They fixed the problem immediately. The house worked great for our large group of friends, lots of space and we weren’t on top of each other. Only con is the pool alarm that goes off when you don’t push a button when walking in or out the back door. The bikes were definitely an added plus, we used them daily. Location is great- short walk to the beach

What a perfectly wonderful vacation!!! We had 21 and plenty of bed space and room! The kitchen is well equiped and we had many family dinners (including a shrimp boil) sitting around the 2 huge picnic tables. We also took advantage of all the outside living areas and the pool every day. Early morning bike rides and walks on the beach were daily favorites! The community is friendly and laid back and the house is in a great location..close to everything!! I can't say enough about 360 Blue! They took care of everything promptly (even after hours emergency) and always followed up. The app for the phone was very useful before and during our trip and full of information! We will definitely be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seas the Day! The weather was beautiful! During the week, we celebrated a 21st birthday with a pedal bike tour, an 18th birthday with a beach bonfire, and a 50th birthday with a sandcastle building lesson. We have 20 in our family ranging from ages 50 to 9. We had plenty of room to spread out, eat dinner together, and play games. The house is ideally located close to the beach, Chiringo, and the Red Bar. The bikes were great to ride to Watercolor and Seaside. 360 Blue was very responsive to our questions and requests, which was much appreciated. Enjoyed Grayton Beach. We had some issues with dish washer. Didn’t work for three days. Porch swing broke with my two granddaughters on it. The write up said steps for the beach. It was a lot more than just a few steps.

We could not use the backyard pool all week!! The property was clean other than that!

Positives: This house is huge and accommodates a large family very well with each bedroom having an en-suite bathroom. It is the 3rd house from the beach with amazing views and it well laid out. It has two dining tables, refrigerators & dishwashers. Negatives: We moved in on the 4th of July and the backyard pool was green and dirty. I “live chatted” with a 360 Blue representative about in in that it was not an emergency but needed to be addressed. The next day no one came out so I called and stayed on hold so long that I chose to leave a voicemail about it. Then we discovered the 2nd dishwasher was out of service so I left a message about that. I received a phone call from 360 Blue that they were sending a serviceman out for the pool. Two more days went by so I called and WAITED TO SPEAK TO A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE. She informed me that since we had a 2nd dishwasher a serviceman could not come out because of Covid. One dishwasher in a house of 23 people sucks. That’s why we paid for this house! The pool man arrived later that day and shocked the pool and told us we could not use it until he returned the next day to finish. **We paid for a house with a backyard pool that was only swimmable HALFWAY THROUGH OUR LAST DAY HERE!! I am expecting to be contacted and given a partial refund of a discounted future stay with them. If I do I will edit this review and acknowledge it.

Washer and dryer only worked half the time. Be prepared to buy ice because ice makers barely produce. The house was perfectly set up and fit our needs perfectly, kitchen could have been cleaner. We had a blast though!

Worked perfect for our stay with the extended family; had 18 people in the house everyone had plenty of room to spread out for privacy. Lots of stairs, so be prepared to climb! Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, knives, everything you could need for cooking (except no oils, salt/pepper, seasoning-sometimes houses we have stayed in have these leftover from previous guest). Pool was small but was enough for our use-they were there 2x during the week to clean and treat the pool. BBQ grill wasn't the best and could stand to be replaced. We had issues getting the temp hot enough even with a new propane tank. Washing machine was also touchy-sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Reported these issues on checkout, but it was never that bothersome to contact them during our stay. Overall, would come back to this house if we needed something this size again. Was great!

Mixed. Had several phone and email conversations with various 360 Blue girls about dirty pool, outdoor shower broken, scheduling beach bonfire, and most of their descriptions and promises proved to be frustrating/erroneous. They have all been trained to “reach out to me” and to “touch bases with me”, but I would prefer if they were trained to actually solve problems. But the Red Bar was great!

Ideal location; walk to the beach without bothering w/shoes. Before groceries are acquired, get a beer across the street. Seven bikes for emergency trips to the local stores. The Five Families had a wonderful time. There is undoubtedly an automatic thermostat - somewhere - and it gets hot on the 1st floor after 10pm.

We had five families visit from Columbus Ohio! The house was very comfortable even for our large group . The beds very comfy the view was fantastic! Out only complaint would be , for a house of this size the pool was especially tiny , although it served its purpose and he kids played in it most days from sun up to sun down. I feel for a weeks stay if you are going to have a large group like ours you should request more the the one pool cleaning a week . The all to the beach and lake both was easy . Over all a great house and great stay ! Thank you !

Family gathering to celebrate an 80th birthday Appreciated the effort by 360 blue personnel to assist with two issues. 1) received a good tutorial on how to use theTV n the first floor den area. However there are too many complex functions in the equipment which interfere with simple TV. Viewing 2) l lost $500 camera when I left it hanging on the back of a beach chair 360 Blue immediately contacted the manager of the vendor who provides the beach gear, but the camera couldn't be found. None-the-less I appreciated the effort that 360 Blue made in trying to locate the camera. 3) The property is showing some wear and tear. There are areas that need to be repainted. There are apparent leaks in the roof and some of the showers may be leaking. The whole interior needs a deep cleaning.
