Your stay includes complimentary daily beach service (two chairs and an umbrella, March–October) so you can sink into the sugar-white sand in style.

This spacious home is designed for memorable gatherings, offering plenty of room to connect, relax, and recharge across four thoughtfully appointed floors — all accessible by elevator to the third level.

On the first floor, you’ll find three inviting guest bedrooms, including a serene master suite, as well as a bright, open-concept living and dining area with a kitchen.

The second floor is the heart of the home — a light-filled main living level with a seamless flow between the chef’s kitchen, dining room, and comfortable living space, ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked and impressively equipped with high-end appliances, double ovens, and double dishwashers to make meal prep a breeze. Two balconies on this level invite you to enjoy the salty breeze, and three more guest bedrooms provide additional accommodations.

Great family vacay house

We loved the location and the private gated entrance. The layout was great for family to have privacy and the bedrooms all had their own bathrooms. It was a beautiful home to enjoy time with your family and be so close to the beach!

The house is fabulous! We had 14 family members staying there and it was perfect - lots of areas to sit around together (including the pool) and lots of privacy when needed. The location is great - easy walks to the beach or to town. Everyone agreed - the house was perfect for our group.

Overall, it was a great fit for our group. Beautiful home and plenty of space for everyone. So close to our private beach and loved the daily beach set up. Bikes for everyone was a perk! We did have a few issues - elevator broken when arrived; pool not heated (part was broken) and hot tub not functioning - all were resolved within 24 hours of reporting the problems. Communication was okay. They perfered text, but I perfered a phone call to resolve our issues.

We loved the house and location for our family’s annual reunion. The 10 bedrooms gave everyone space to spread out. The kids loved the pool area even more so than the beach. It was great having the two kitchens! They were both well stocked. The movie theater on the top floor was a huge draw for the young ones. We will definitely keep this house in mind for next year.

Best house we've stayed in in 19 years. Suited us perfectly.

Plenty of beds/bedrooms, frig space, ice maker, 2 coffee pots !!, rooms positioned so that bedrooms were quiet, comfortable furnishings, very nice pool and deck around it, nice location on the beach, close to the beach and to town. All in all, wonderful stay. We're trying to figure out when we can come back.

Holiday Family Retreat

Our extended family spends a week here after Christmas every year. It’s perfect for about 20-24 people. Plenty of room without feeling on top of each other. Areas of solitude are abundant. Media Room and video arcade games are on the 4th floor with a viewing deck to watch gorgeous sunsets. Heated Pool and hot tub are always a big hit. Location is perfect.

This home was awesome. The bedrooms are great and beds comfortable. The only hiccup we had was the elevator was not working. Fortunately our group we’re all healthy and able to use the stairs. However, we did not learn of the elevator until the day before had we had anyone with and injury or elderly that would have been difficult. Other than that we loved the house.

Williams Full House

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool. Beach access was just right. We had a problem with the hot tub not working which was disappointing for us adults but we didn't let it ruin our fun. The maintenance team was very prompt and very helpful. Overall we loved this place and the area. Looking forward to renting again.

Large Group Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group was 10 couples; we all had private bedrooms and baths with only 2 of the 10 not being en suite, but baths were right across hall and private to that couple. This home is very well equipped and the home theater was perfect for our group to watch the GA/FL game. The name of the home is a misnomer in that views of the ocean are limited (basically you can only see the water from the top floor balcony) so if sitting and looking at water is your jam, thus isn't the house for you. The beach is a short walk away and easy to do with chair and small cooler in hand. Being on South side of 30-A is clutch . We were there over Halloween weekend; as a previous owner and frequent 30-A beach traveler, I'd only go to 30-A during the off season , no amount of white sand and pretty water are worth the crowds and fighting for a patch of land on the beach. Early Soring and Fall are ideal. This house is great , plenty of parking and space.

Great house

We were 5 families, with 6 kids, and we fit in this house perfectly with rooms to spare. This house is great for a large group. The game/movie room on the top floor was a hit with the kids. The walk to the beach is about 2 minutes. We had a few issues with things not working (dishwasher, hot water heater) but the management team handled the issues well and made things right. Overall a great house.

Amazing property

Took a multi generational family vacation. Any issues were promptly taken care of. Good location short walk to shops etc. While it is close to the beach the steps down do require stamina. Would definitely rrecommend.

Work Retreat

This was the perfect place for our work retreat. We had 17 adults. A couple of them had to sleep on the bottom of full size bunk beds, but otherwise everyone was super comfortable. This house had everything we needed. The separate dining area made working on different project easy. We never felt crowded. Beach access was easy, and the view from up top was great! We paid for the pool to be heated and swam almost every night. We had a couple small issues and they fixed them immediately and were very kind. We would definitely stay again.

"Seven nights and days in Paradise !"

What a wonderful vacation we had !.. We were so impressed with the time and attention we got from the property manager, Paula. She responded to our e-mails almost immediately.. If we had any issues with the house, she sent someone immediately to take care of the problem. We have been; going to the same location (same street--different houses) for 22 years and we have NEVER been taken care of as well as Paula took care of us this year. This was the first year we stayed in this lovely house.. Everyone loved the theater! We had plenty of beds with their own bathrooms. The house was not only beautiful, but it was close to the ocean and close to "all the happenings" (concerts, restaurants, farmers market etc.) in downtown Rosemary. We are so looking forward to returning next summer. Thank you for providing us with a lovely house to continue making wonderful family memories..... (Marty)

Family Celebration
