Enjoy a spacious one-bedroom 1 full and 1 half-bath condo overlooking Arrowhead golf course and a view of the outdoor pool. This unit is on the 3rd floor with stair access.
Amenities include an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, a fitness center, a community grilling area, and green walking areas!

The bedroom has a QUEEN-sized bed and a SOFA BED for an additional sleeping option.
The unit has a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, a full and half bath, a spacious seating area, and a Keurig coffee bar to enjoy coffee on the balcony. Wifi and cable are offered in the unit. Quiet hours from 10 pm - 6 am assure a restful, relaxing evening and sleeping conditions. A security camera is located at the entrance.
