LARGE 3 bedroom Ocean Block condo in the Severn 1 building on the first floor in North Ocean City. This condo has sleeping for 9, 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen and also has a large private front patio to relax. You you are only steps on the beach for early morning walks to watch the sunrise as well as evening strolls to relax. This is the perfect condo for large families that has beach items for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked to make all your meals or just walk to the various restaurant's if you would like to go out. Come and bring your swim suits for an amazing vacation where you can park your car and never have to drive for the rest of your vacation.
This condo has easy access to the beach bus that is only $4 per person that will take you down to the downtown Ocean city area to the boardwalk.
Our condo is proudly hosted by Sheppard Realty Rentals a local rental company that is local and ready to make this the best vacation ever! We do not supply sheets or bath towels but we would be happy to set up a linen drop for $10 per person for your entire stay. We only renter to the primary renter over the age of 25 and we do not allow pets, smoking or vaping in or on our property just happy memories!

We stayed here last year and this year was even better! There were some upgrades done since we were there last that made the stay even more enjoyable. The place is clean, great communication, super close to the beach, and we especially love the covered porch out front to sit and hang. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

It was VERY hot the days we were there. The whole home was very comfortable and very close to mini-gulf. Very short walk to the beach.

The property was clean and tidy upon arrival, except for some of the indoor furniture. I alerted the property manager to this issue right away and they resolved this problem very quickly! It is very easy to walk to the beach and get around. The property is quiet and calm. Be nice and communicate clearly to the property owner and they will help you very professionally. A relaxing stay.
