About this property

Family-friendly beach condo, Indian Beach, NC

This unit was remodeled in 2021 while both bathrooms upgraded in 2023 and 2025 (MBR). Queen bed in each bedroom with bunk bed also in second bedroom.Limited ocean view from deck but can readily hear relaxing surf. Fully equipped kitchen and beach closet (chairs, umbrellas, toys), 3 TVs, books, games, puzzles. Thirty-second walk to pool or beach stairs. NC Aquarium 3 miles. Several Bar-B-Q grills and many shaded picnic tables on site.
Pillows, bed spreads, Mattress covers and blankets are provided but linens (sheets, pillow cases and bath towels) are not included but available to rent through Blue Water Linen of Morehead city. They will deliver and pick up just inside the condo's door. The kitchen is fully equipped including a good supply of dish towels. A fresh roll of TP is provided in each bathroom.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return the door key to the lock box (code 6807)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time throughout the condominium starts at 10PM through 7AM.
Car pass must be displayed (dashboard) at all times. Owner can provide if requested, also available from Office Manager, Office located next to pool.
A fish cleaning station is located on the opposite side from condo #204,at highway 58.Users are expected to cleanup, wash down the area when finished.

Great Stay!

My wife, daughter and I stayed three days while at the beach for a wedding. The condo was perfect. It was convenient, clean and comfortable and very close to the wedding venue and other wedding activities. Highly recommend!

This property was spacious, clean and a great location! The kitchen was well stocked and they had a closet full of beach items for use (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The only thing lacking was toilet paper. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We came down for the weekend. The place is beautiful inside and much larger than expected! The kitchen was fully stocked to cook for Father's day. We didn't see where there were no linens but there is a washer and dryer! Beautiful place and short walk to beach

Loved it! Most well stocked kitchen in any rental I’ve been in (utensils, appliances and spices). Tons of games to play with our kids. Couldn’t ask for a quieter place with easier access to the beach. Kids loved the pool. Having the beach chairs etc already there was so helpful. I’m already trying to figure out when to go back.

We've owned our condo for nearly 20 years. We're retired from careers in the Navy, managing a pre-school and the aero space industry.

Why they chose this property

Because we have friends here and the entire "campus" is great.
Our renters have been terrific, taking care of the property as if it was their's, not some motel. About half of our guests have returned for another year or more with the record being a family that rented over 10 times.

What makes this property unique

The entire condominium is family-focused.
Indian Beach police office and fire department is 1/2 mile away.
Police patrol the condominium several times a day and night.
Fresh shrimp and more, available in season, across the street and 100 yards west.
N.C. Aquarium is 3 miles east at mile Post 7, near the library.
Post office near mile Post 4.
Fort Macon, 10 miles east, on one end of the island is completely restored with cannon firings near daily.
Limited, gated storage facility across the street opposite Colony by the Sea who owns the facility. First come first serve for boat or camper temporary, free storage.
