Welcome to Lake Texoma living at its Best! Home boasts an open floor plan with oversized living room & dining room and a large updated kitchen with a electric glass top range, double ovens, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Living room features two sofas & 65" HDTV.

Dining accommodations include dining table for 6 and 4 modern acrylic barstools at breakfast bar in kitchen.

The kitchen features quartz countertops, includes pots & pans and other cooking essentials necessary for preparing any meal, basic spices & condiments, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, and water dispenser.

Master bedroom is on 1st floor with king bed and available queen air mattress with ensuite bathroom, 2 other large bedrooms on 2nd floor with Jack & Jill bathroom. A 4th bedroom is on the 3rd floor with daybed and pull out trundle. This room also has a walk out balcony with chairs for enjoying the outdoors.

There is an oversized half bathroom on 1st floor that incorporates a full sized washer & dryer. (laundry soap provided)

Enjoy morning breakfast/coffee or evening dinner on the front porch with wood burning fire pit and hot tub. Around the corner is a covered breezeway with dart board.

For the those wanting to bring their boat or watercraft there is also plenty of parking and a circle driveway to make getting in and out a breeze!

This lake home is in a peaceful wooded community & excellent for families. It's easy to just relax & soak up the beauty of nature with quick access to Lake Texoma. (Highport Marina only 1.5 miles away)

There are also many other activities nearby (Eisenhower Park, Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge, Historic Downtown Denison, and Choctaw Casino only 30 minutes North).

Lovely getaway

We booked this property for a quick holiday weekend getaway and it was perfect!! It was cozy and clean, and the perfect size for our 8 person group. Close to the marina which was exactly what we were looking for. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!!

We found the property clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our time with friends while cooking, playing games, and walking in the neighborhood. The short distance to Highpoint Marina was very handy for a day at the lake. A very nice place to meet with friends.

Great house for relaxing and making memories

Everything was great! We had a small maintenance problem and the owner was so very attentive. The house was perfect (not cluttered up with knick-knacks) and spacious. Our teens loved the 3 floor balcony.

With two king beds it was a perfect fit for us and some friends, no one had to take the smaller bed! 😁 The upstairs room is massive! The property is super clean! Even equipped with 2 sets of washers & dryers to accommodate plenty of people! Oh, and plenty of boat parking!
