Overall a very nice, cozy one bedroom. Nothing fancy but just such an excellent location a couple minutes off the main strip, its worth the reasonable price. Has everything you need with nothing that you don't. Host was quick to answer any questions and polite. I would stay again.

Perfect location for a weekend away!

Location was exactly what we needed/wanted for a long holiday weekend trip! Apartment was clean and the AC worked great. You can hear the neighbors to the side and above you, but it didn't bother us much. We loved our time here it was so convenient to all the stores and sights and on a quiet block (even during fourth of July!). Check-in and check-out was super easy and Gabriel was very responsive on text for any questions or needs. Would come again!!

Great location

Great location, but think the cleaning crew may have missed before my stay (leftover food in fridge, garbage inside bathroom can)). Not a big deal, but worth mentioning so the owner is aware.

Great place, spectacular location

Charming apartment in a historic building of Newport. Spouse and I were in for the weekend for a wedding on Goat Island. We walked so many places that were in a 1 mile radius, including some of the historic mansions you can tour. This place was impeccably clean, but the bathroom ceiling needs work. Like most old buildings, you will hear the neighbors above you walking, and the neighbors using the stairs and doors on the other side of the bedroom wall. However, all noise was minimal, never after dark, and it's a quiet neighborhood - no pets were heard, no major city sounds, no loud people or music etc. Window AC unit worked great, and Gabriel was quick to reply to a question we had. I would not recommend staying here if you need a strong and steady wifi connection, as it was quite weak and faulty during our stay. But that wasn't a big deal for us, so I would definitely stay here again when visiting Newport!
