The first level of this 2nd floor apartment has a full bedroom with private bath, laundry and large living room with bay windows & parquet floors. The second level of the apartment & top floor of the building has one bedroom, full bath along with an open floor plan including kitchen/dining area, den with spiral stairs to the roof deck overlooking the harbor and downtown activities. The apartment has wonderful light, high ceilings and gorgeous wood floors. Window AC units. Comfortably sleeps 4 with plenty of additional space for cot or air mattress.
