This house is fully equipped for your stay. With 4 bedrooms, 6 beds and a baby bed. You have a full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, basic kitchen utensils, Keurig coffee maker, etc. There is also a washer and dryer, a BBQ and a spa.

This is a semi-detached house with only one neighbor.

The huge balconies facing the river and full sun all day offer unparalleled privacy and brightness.

Very bright, you will be charmed by its cozy comfort, its large open area, its two huge galleries and its ground level terrace with spa. The lower floor promises hours of fun with games and foosball.

The chalet is nestled on a large wooded lot that ensures privacy and is located on the edge of a small stream.

Close to Le Massif de Charlevoix ski resort and 10 minutes from Baie Saint-Paul. Fully equipped, it can accommodate 10 people.

You will have access to the entire cottage, spa and outdoor grounds.
