Fantastic, clean, and comfortable house in Richardson, TX! The home is beautifully decorated, has plenty of bathrooms, and the full washer and dryer were a great bonus, as was the location.The host was friendly and willing to help when we experienced a city-wide power outage, but communication was a little delayed, and they weren’t immediately familiar with where the power box was located. They did offer to move us to another listing if the issue persisted, which we appreciated.A few practical notes: the kitchen and laundry are stocked with only minimal supplies — for example, there was just one wine glass, no lids for frying pans, and a limited number of plates and cups for a house that sleeps ten. There was also no laundry detergent provided, so plan to bring your own if you’ll be doing washing.During our stay, there was some nearby city construction that affected water and power and started up early in the mornings. This was unexpected and a bit inconvenient, so it’s worth checking on construction updates with the host before booking.The backyard is a real highlight — lovely pool area, artificial turf, patio, and even a mini putting green! It’s a great setup for families or groups, and the location is convenient to restaurants and major roads.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home, especially once a few kitchen essentials are added and the construction wraps up.

Our stay

The home was an overall nice stay with a cute and calm neighborhood. Anytime I had to message the owners, they did their best to answer quickly and on time and were always kind but professional. The only problems my companions and I ran in to was there were a few bugs in the house, one of the restrooms was really smelly the moment we arrived and we couldn't figure out why, and certain parts of the house were a little dusty. Otherwise, a very pleasant and safe feeling experience!

We were here because of a surgery for my husband and an unexpected hospital stay for our mom. The host was really great working with us and extending our stay. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for our needs.
