This home has two private bedrooms with a queen bed in one and a king in the other. The living room features a comfy sectional that also pulls out as a queen sleeper making this the perfect place to relax with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked and provides you with a dining table to conversate and have meals together!

The Blue House was very cozy and perfect for the two of us. We didn't spend a lot of time there during the day but at night the beds were very comfy. A perfect place for us to stay while visiting family and we will definately stay there again.

Wonderful place!

We came to rest and unplug before the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was beautiful and clean, and there were snacks and bottled water left for us! It was quiet and cozy, a fabulous place to stay!

Gameday Getaway

We loved the location and the house! It was perfect for a quick weekend stay. It had everything we needed to make meals at home so we could save some money on meals out. We were close to the stadium and the neighborhood was super quiet. The beds were comfy and it fit all 5 of us very comfortably.

Perfect for our group.

One reason I chose this property was due its close proximity to the Riley County Fairgrounds (less than 5 minutes). We enjoyed our stay there and it completely met our needs. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed adequately stocked. They also offered nice little touches like snacks and toiletries. We will return here if we find ourselves in Manhattan again.

The home was perfect for our visit to meet our great grandson. Room to entertain parents and baby and have them over for dinner. Very clean. Bed super comfy. All nicely decorated.Quiet neighborhood; convenient for restaurants, grocery shopping, etc

Perfect small home near stadium

This home is perfect for a Manhattan get away and is walking distance on the west side of the sports complexes. Since it is in a duplex, not a place to get too rowdy before a game. We were with my dad and grandmother which was perfect since it’s a very quiet neighborhood to be in. Simple, provides all of your needs, and the beds were very comfortable!

Adorable house, comfortable beds, tidy property!!

Our visit was for graduation weekend at K-State. The whole house was so lovely! It was decorated expertly with beautiful florals and nature themed accents. Maybe that's not important to some potential guests, but let me share that after a very hectic graduation day and then loading a moving trailer, it was wonderful to come 'home' to such relaxing surroundings!! The beds were extremely comfortable!! (Even a king sized in one room) I was originally concerned about only one bathroom, but we made it work and there was plenty of hot water. The house is close to campus, but the neighborhood was quiet. Mallory is a great communicator and terrific host!!
