Everything you need is here from well equipped kitchen to a relaxing balcony with ocean views. Discounted monthly rates!! The Space: Spacious 1 bedroom unit, kitchen offers 2 burner stove top, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster oven. Guest Access: The condo offers a keyless entry, so after a long day of traveling go straight to condo and bypass the line at the front desk! Use your designated code sent to you and enjoy! Property Manager does live locally but will leave you to enjoy your vacation, unless you need something. Enjoy this location right on Ocean Avenue with close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. You will receive 2 parking passes to park in the parking lot. This rental does not allow motorcycles and trailers. No Pets permitted per HOA rules.
