Great property. Location was close to shops/restaurants of downtown Kihei, but remote enough where it wasn’t very busy. Excellent sandy beach. Very pleased

Unit is older but clean. Bed is a cal king but extremely firm. Wish complex bbq area was nicer, it is right beside the grabage cans. Grounds were well kept, beach is beautiful. The bakery across the street is a must, so good. Enjoyed our stay and would stay at complex again. Beautiful views from the lani

Girls' Birthday Vacation

My BFF and I stayed at the Kihei Beach condos for our birthdays. The property manager met us upon our arrival and showed us around our condo. They had a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts and a happy birthday balloon for us since we were taking a special vacation to celebrate both of our birthdays! The condo was lovely, the view was exquisite, and overall we were very impressed with the property. Would recommend to others and definitely would stay again.

Loved the view, the unit, and the location. Have stayed in this location a few times and always is fantastic. Close to a ABC shop, shaved ice, farmer’s market, and a bakery. Beautiful quiet beach we loved walking up and down. Didn’t love that we got no communication at all during the tsunami warning. They put up big barricades to block the parking lot and we were not ever notified. Luckily we had left already but when we came back we had to park across the street once the warning was lifted. They didn’t open the parking lot until the next morning. A poor older couple were trapped because they couldn’t climb over the barricade and had to sleep in their car overnight.

Simply Perfect

This property was perfect for us. The condo was clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated; with everything we needed to feel like home. The view from the lanai was spectacular and we loved being a literal stone's throw from the beach. The courtyard and pool area was beautiful, well manicured, and peaceful. We honestly loved everything about it. The young lady who managed our booking asked if there was a special occasion we were celebrating and I told her yes, our 35th wedding anniversary; so a card, a lovely Riesling and Maui-made chocolate greeted us upon arrival. She also did a wonderful job helping me book excursions and recommending restaurants. We couldn't have been any happier with our stay and plan to return.

Nice condo! Weird resort layout

The condo was very nice and clean, it was really nice to have 2 bathrooms in the unit, specially when traveling with little kids. Views are amazing, grounds are well maintained. Only down sides to this location are the layout of the resort. The bbq area is literally connected to the trash area, as a result I did not use the bbq at all. But, the unit did provide a George Foreman grill, so we were able to cook burgers in our room. Also, the pool area does not have a bathroom, so you have to go back up to your room every time you need to use the bathroom. Not exactly convenient when you have little kids with you! Also, no hot tub on the premises. But, the location really is beautiful, and the condo was nice.

Took a bit if time for ac to cool unit off from Aug heat- but great after. Pictures were accurate. Bakery and market (acai bowls) were fantastc nearby. Rent a sup and/or kayak and enjoy.

My wife and I were relocated because of a fire in the unit next to us. The property we were moved to was definitely an upgrade. I had immediately reported smoke in our unit after returning from breakfast and 2 workers from the resort discovered the fire Thankful no one was injured

Great Place to Stay as a Base to see Maui

Very comfortable condo on the complex's fifth floor with wonderful ocean and sunset views. Surprisingly quiet location but very central on Maui for easy access to all parts of the Island. Large Safeway just a few minutes drive away and a conveniently placed ABC Store and a farmer's market right across the street. Great ocean spot for swimming. Snorkeling / Dive sites are a drive but worth it. Plenty of excursions available close by from both Kihei and Maalea if you'd like to visit close by islands to see the reef and amazing marine life. Fantastic property managers too, very helpful & friendly. We highly recommend this location if visiting Maui for vacation.

The painting of the building seems to be taking a life of its own! The grills are new, but there are no instructions, so the use of them is an adventure. They aren’t the simple high-low burners. Overall, it was a very good stay for us.
