24/7 Self Check-in with smart lock for effortless access to the home. You will have access to the entire house except for a couple of hall closets and the attic.

I am available through the app and my cell phone to answer any questions or requests you may have during your stay here. My cell phone is in the guest book in the house. Please message or call me if you have any issues at all.

This house is located on a quiet and peaceful street. It`s set between two 18 hole golf courses in a fantastic location and only 7 minutes from the medical district, grocery stores, restaurants and 10 minutes from the night life of downtown Amarillo.

Great location and easy to get anywhere. There is a large driveway and a two car garage for parking.

You are staying on the north side of town. You are within 7 minutes of the hospitals and medical district, 5 minutes from several restaurants and grocery stores and only 40 minutes away from Palo Duro Canyon.

The house also has a whole house water softener as well has a whole house water filter for a spa like showering and bathing experience.
The person making the reservation must be present.

NO PETS
Pets are not allowed. If an unauthorized pet is on the property, you will be charged $100 per day plus any additional cleaning charges. Service animals are allowed as required by law, subject to our policies.

NO SMOKING
No smoking or vaping inside the home or in its immediate surroundings.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Maximum occupancy is six guests. No parties or events are allowed.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Thank you for helping keep the neighborhood peaceful.

PARKING
Please park in the garage for your safety. Garage door openers are provided.

TRASH
Trash collection happens every Tuesday and Friday around noon.

Location note
The home is in a quiet area that feels tucked away from main roads, but it is still convenient to dining, shopping, and getting around Amarillo.
