The property is in a lovely area where deer, rabbits and birds provide peaceful watching. The house is clean and spacious. There is a fire pit outside and a large table and chairs on the patio. the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable.

We really enjoyed our weekend away hiking at Palo Duro and staying at the Wagon Wheel House. It had everything we needed. The owner was an incredible communicator…changing our dates when needed and making it so easy. She even took care of a little cute raccoon issue. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

My family stayed 6 days for a wedding at Palo Duro Canyon. The home was clean and the beds comfortable. I needed to do some baking for the wedding and the owner supplied me with a stand mixer. There were plenty dishes for the family. Not a ton of cooking pots/ pans but we made them work. There were also plenty of towels and even toys/ games for the grandbaby. The owner was great at communicating quickly. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This place was unbelievably clean! Thank you so much for that. It means everything. It was so quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed and more. Also we had to leave 1 day early due to bad weather and a long drive. The host refunded part of our last day without us even asking. That was so kind. She is also quick to respond.
