The view was beautiful and the pool by the canal was relaxing! Check in and check out were great and the people managing the beach chairs were super accommodating with allowing us to leave for lunch and return. I would love to come back. The view from the balcony was amazing!

Everything excellent and as posted in the listing. Nice building and staff. Condo was modern and clean with great views. Perfect for our short visit and great alternative to a hotel room.

Spectacular Views- Excellent layout

Had a wonderful day and I will return my only suggestion which has nothing to do with the individual unit I believe is to get smart TVs. The response time was excellent the layout and the newness of the apartment. Look forward to staying there in the near future, thank you.

Amazing location

The place is in a great location. Loved the amenities. The host was so helpful, friendly and responsive. The checkin and check out was so smooth. The only complaint is that the apt is a little run down. Chips, cracks, marks, tears and rips everywhere. The apt has definitely been well loved.

Nice condo/hotel with great view

Pool area is very nice and views from the corner unit on 21th floor is amazing. Some elements are missing for the kitchen/cooking: no dish towel, aprons, strainer and oven mittens.Other wise, it is very comfortable.

Seamless check in/out. Stay Today very responsive as a host. Now the unit: beautifully furnished. Clean. Breathtaking views. Two beautiful pools (perfect size to lap swim in the morning). Bar by the pool very convenient. Towels available at pool side. Valet parking extremely convenient. Within few minutes, access to some great restaurants. This was a delightful experience. We are already starting plans to return for next year….

Absolutely fabulous vacation!

Unit was beautiful and clean as described in the photos. Most impressive was the customer service. From the valet service to the front desk everything was top notch. When we couldn't get the dishwasher to work the host had a serviceman at the unit the next day to fix. There was a lot of bad reviews about the elevators and they can get congested during peak times (check in and dinner) of the day. However during those times there was an elevator attendant downstairs to help keep traffic moving. Any other time of day we were able to get up and down easily. Best part about the unit was the view. We just sat on the balcony for hours just taking in the South Florida vibe.We look forward to staying here again!

This apartment is very beautiful....en photo!But the reality is quite different: clogged sink in the bathroom, dirty bath towels provided, one garbage bag available for the whole stay, dining room chair with dried food on it, broken desk chair, broken desk lamp, practically nothing in the kitchen in terms of utensils and dishes, non-functional sockets...The residence is far from everything (restaurants) and the elevator system is catastrophic (25-minute wait on average to get on and off).A beautiful view, beautiful photos but very superficial.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The highlight of this condo is, without question, the breathtaking views. Waking up to the water each morning and enjoying the sunsets from the balcony made our trip truly memorable. The condo itself was very spacious and provided plenty of room to relax.A couple of things to be aware of before booking: we didn’t realize the condo was located within a hotel, so the daily resort fees came as a surprise. It would be helpful if those were made more prominent in the listing.While the condo was comfortable, it could benefit from a deeper cleaning and updates. The stains on the walls and furniture took away a bit from an otherwise beautiful space.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially loved the incredible. With a little extra attention to cleanliness and clearer communication about the resort fees, this would be an exceptional place to stay.
