Wonderful Host / Great Location

Host went above and beyond throughout our stay.Glen even shoveled snow from our walkway when it snowed!Lovely couple, and we’d certainly stay here again.

Lovely!

What a lovely property! The house is spacious, clean, and full of thoughtful touches from the host. It’s a quick drive to Broadway and a short walk away from restaurants, bars, and parks. We loved our stay!

Nashville Cheer Competiton

I would 10/10 recommend this property to any family looking for a Nashville getaway! The house was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, spotless clean and was equipped with anything you may possibly need! Not only was the house all that we could have asked for- the hosts Glenn and Cindy were amazing! They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us tips on where to visit while we were in town and even checked on our pups while we were out and about! The property was in the perfect location and easily accessible to so many things to do! We will absolutely book the same exact space the next time we are in town!

Charlie came to Nashville for the cheerleader competition, but she totally stole our hearts! She and her sweet pups, Millie and Cleo, were such a joy to have around—they brought so much love and energy into our home. We already miss them and hope they’ll be back next year. What started as a visit turned into a beautiful friendship. From great guests to even better neighbors!

This property and its host was nothing short of perfect. It was immaculate, stocked with every kitchen/bathroom supply you could need, had several entertaining/relaxing space options and amenitiesto enjoy like fire pit area and fantastic closed in back porch area with kitchen, TV. The house is so beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable too! Glenn and Cindy, our hosts. Were so responsive to every question we had and offered wonderful suggestions as to where to go/eat/shop, etc. All of which were spot on.. This will be our first choice for staying in the Nashville area Nashville area going forward. Its location was perfect, in a lovely neighbothood close to restaurants and Germantown and still less than15 minutes to the heart of downtown. I cannot say enough about this rental or the hosts!
