It is big house with 5 acre yard. 2.1 miles to mayo clinic. 2.8 miles to St. Mary Hospital. 6300 sq ft , you can bring your own health care group stay here. It is nice to have your kids and grand kids to visit.(The owner sometimes stay in the basement level which is has another entrance and garage, two bed rooms. living room and kitchen)

Nice, new, close mayo, one time, i called 911 for my mother, before I came back from downtown, the emergency truck already in the front of house. Saved her life.
