This fabulous 2-bedroom apartment is the lower level of a large, high-end home. It features a fully-equipped kitchen with a huge marble island, a large dining space and a comfortable sitting area with a 60” TV. Your comfort is guaranteed with 2 bedrooms(1 King and 1 Queen) both featuring 50”TV’s and luxury linens. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and a hair dryer. There is also a private outdoor patio area with Adirondack chairs and a sun umbrella for your enjoyment. The apartment access is in the back of the home with a brick path that has 3-4 steps. That being said, this apartment may not be suitable for guests with ambulatory issues.

Super clean, lovely space , cozy and closed to all we needed. Every detail was carefully covered and we had all we needed and more! Our host was very quick to responds and extremely friendly. Highly recommend!!

We were in Rochester for medical appts, and were looking for a comfortable place to stay for the week. We were both very impressed with the beautiful decor and how refreshing it was to come back to each day. Very clean, very comfy beds, amazing kitchen and living spaces, and the outdoor patio was a bonus with the occasional deer and turkey passing along the tree line. Would definitely stay again for our next trip.

We had a great time at this location and was a nice retreat from the Mayo Clinic. The property is as depicted, with two bedrooms in the basement of a nice home, including a separate entrance. There is no stovetop, but the owners provide a hot plate for cooking and there is a small toaster/oven. We slept well and were very comfortable. There is a nice drive thru coffee shop about 2 miles away called Moka and the Pho restaurant across the street from Moka is fantastic. Overall, the apartment is very nice, photos do the apartment justice. Keep in mind this is a basement apartment, as advertised. I’ve stayed at a lot of places and I’d stay here again. The owner is super responsive and flexible to your needs.

We were in Rochester, MN for some testing and appointments at the Mayo Clinic. This unit was very clean and comfortable. Only minutes away from Mayo and the parking garages. A lot of amazing dinner options as well. When I come back to Mayo from WI, I hope to be able to stay here…really amazing unit. Thank you to Deb and her team!
