Summary:
This stunning 3 bedroom oceanfront condo is the perfect beachfront getaway. Located in the highly desirable Dune Ridge Resorts, this condo has breathtaking panoramic views of the entire coast and the interior makes for a relaxing break from the sun while not sacrificing the view!
The oceanfront patio is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, taking in the salt air and relaxing after a long day at the beach/pool. A clean and comfy stay is our absolute top priority. Come stay awhile!
The Space:
Dune Ridge offers a pool, tennis/pickle-ball court, beach access, and FREE parking on the premises (2 cars, maybe 3 if you squeeze). Beach chairs and towels provided!
The three bedrooms are each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, featuring plush bedding, quality bed sheets and smart TVs.
Primary bedroom:
1 x King Bed
Ocean View
Bedroom 2:
1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3:
2x Full Size beds
Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean breeze.
Getting Around:
There are 2-3 carport parking spots for the unit and additional guest spots can be requested.
The unit is right on the beach and a quick drive to 'downtown Wrightsville Beach' where there is a plethora of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shopping.
Other Things to Note:
Community pool is open from May 1st-September 30th.
As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

Our name - Mira-Mar - is inspired by a historical Wrightsville Beach landmark, Mira-Mar pier which is now known as Crystal Pier and the Oceanic. We value the island's history and close knit residential community above all else and hope that our selective properties show that off and all else that WB has to offer!
