Favorite beach cottage ! Just steps to the ocean.

Rock on the fabulous porch, eat al fresco at the large table, sleep in the hammock, and tell stories in the dark. This 1940 cottage has been restored and remodeled to give all the comforts needed for the best vacation ever.
Four (4) night minimum in August. Two master suites with King beds and attached bath, one bedroom has a twin trundle bed, one has a bunk bed and a twin, and one has a double and twin. Large open kitchen / living area. 1100 sq feet of porches with rockers and tables for dining or games. New large deck under the house with seating, ping pong, corn hole, and foosball /pool table. Enclosed outdoor shower. Lots of parking under the house. Cable TV and WiFi. Shopping, cafe, restaurants, groceries a short walk away. 4 day minimum stay in August. Short term rentals only from April 1- October 31.
