On beautiful Lake Martin this is a great place to bring your family and friends. Boat dock for you watercraft. TVs in every bedroom plus the 2 living areas . Large patio with Gas Grill.  Fully supplied Kitchen with Granite Countertops with breakfast bar. 4 Bedrooms with King Beds  plus 4 Twin Beds in a Bunk Area off of the upstairs Family Room. 
The main floor is handciap accessable with 36" wide doors and hard surface flooring for easy access for someone who has mobility issues. The 2 full-baths on the main floor have roll-in showers and grab bars in the toilet areas. The front door has a low entrance step but a ramp can be made available upon request. 2 Lift Chairs are available, 1 in the Living Room and the other in Bedroom #2.
I am available from 8 am to 5pm and 24 hours for any emergencies.
We are Alabama’s biggest playground. Lake Martin is our treasure. The waters of the lake offer an unrivaled experience with nearly 900 miles of pristine shoreline and more than 40,000 acres of stunning views. Lake Martin is a place where generations come to make memories to last a lifetime. The lake and its parks, marinas, points, and islands have become known throughout the country as one of the finest in the south. Lake Martin is Alabama’s Freshwater Coast.
Ample paved parking at the home.  Please park only on the concrete or gravel surfaces.
There are multiple Security Cameras located on the exterior of the property.  There is also a doorbell camera located at the front door.  The Security Camera are 24/7/365 video only units overlooking 1). The front entry, 2). The driveway), 3). The Breezeway, 4). The Boat Dock, 5). The Concrete Stairs into the Lake, 6). The exterior utilities (i.e. A/C units, Generator, and Storm Shelter).
We have full water access during summer pool (April - October) which is perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing off the dock. Between November & March, the water levels decrease as part of a conservation initiative of Alabama Power. Boats do not have access to the dock during the winter months. Boats can be launched from the public ramps all year long but would have to be removed from the lake each day. Kayaks can be carried into the water all year long.
