Close to restaurants, nightlife, grocery stores. Unit features a washer, dryer, dishwasher and central air. One parking space. This condo is NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING, and does NOT allow pets.. Building Parking Clearance Is 6'3". Must provide your own linens, soap and paper products.
