Great One Bedroom, One Bath with queen sleep sofa, located right across from the Convention Center! On 41st Street, approximately 100 yards to the beach. OCEAN and BAY views from balcony! Close to restaurants, nightlife, grocery stores. Unit features a washer, dryer, dishwasher and central air. One parking space. This condo is NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING, and does NOT allow pets.. Building Parking Clearance Is 6'3". Must provide your own linens, soap and paper products.

It’s a place to stay

The location is beautiful and it’s so close to the beach it’s worth the problems we encountered, for one we got to the rental and it had no running water… big problem especially when we tried to get a hold of someone for roughly an hour. All the numbers for maintenance in the provided book did not work and it was so frustrating. We ended up going on the realtors website and using their online chat and finally were able to get someone to call us, the lady we spoke to was very nice and the problem was solved quickly it’s just getting a hold of someone that was the problem. Second of all we specifically bought king size sheets for the “king” size bed that was advertised unfortunately it became clear that the bed is definitely not king size but a queen… bit of a rough start if you couldn’t tell. A bit comical to see in the cabinets lists of items that were in the kitchen and some that were crossed out and marked stolen with the year they were taken. Otherwise it’s a place to stay close to the beach but keep in mind that the thermostat only goes as low as 72 and you might not be able to get a hold of someone if you don’t get creative like we did. All and all besides the hiccups it was a good place to vacation. Probably won’t stay there again but that’s just me.
