Charming 4 Bedroom House near Lake McQueeney

Totally renovated 2100 Sq Foot house on 3/4 acre with 4 Bedrooms, 2 baths and with all new appliances now ready for short term rentals! This house is nestled in the Lake McQueeney area just minutes from Seguin and a short 15 minute drive down Hwy 725 to downtown New Braunfels where you can float the river or visit Schlitterbahn Water Park. New appliances include: Refrigerator with water and ice maker, electric stove with air fryer, dishwasher, and Samsung washer and dryer. Each of the 4 roomy bedrooms have 50" Smart TV's. The master bathroom has a walk in/tiled shower with dual vanity sinks and very large walk in closet. The living room has large sectional couch with built in recliners and has a 65" smart TV wall mounted. The 4th bedroom, next to the dining area has a king size bed AND a twin over full bunk bed. This room is massive and great for a family of 5 just in this room alone! We have a large backyard that is fully fenced for dogs. There's a gazebo with brand new Pit Boss Wood Pellet Grill and stainless steel firepit. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom. There's covered parking for 3 cars and a large driveway with turn-around. This is a very quiet and peaceful area that feels like you're out in the country, while still only a short drive to all the conveniences of Seguin and New Braunfels!

Summer River Trip

This home is a great stay. It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals. Rooms are large with comfortable beds. Property is dog friendly with a great fenced outdoor area with seating and a pellet grill. We will definitely be back next year for our annual summer river trip!

We had a great stay at this house. It was the perfect size for our family, including the furry child who could run around outside. This house has everything you could possibly need. Stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, etc. We would certainly stay here again when we come to visit family.

Fully-Stocked Kitchen

We didn't plan on taking a vacation for Spring Break 2024; it happened at the last minute. From the moment we walked into the house, we felt relaxed and comfortable. I love the house and decor. With the fully-stocked kitchen, we felt like the host thought of everything we'd need to cook. The grill was awesome, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Thanks for the hospitality and all the helpful information/suggestions.

This is small but spread out neighborhood. This is the Lake McQueeney area and houses nearby have large 1 acre lots.

What makes this property unique

This is a large 3/4 acre lot with a nice fenced in backyard with patio and gazebo and fire pit. Tons of parking with 2 car garage and 2 car car-port along with extended driveway. Perfect for a family getaway or a larger group of 10-12 wanting a fresh clean and renovated house with all the modern conveniences.
