If you notice any issues during your stay, please contact us right away. We are available 24/7 through the app or by phone and are happy to help.

Pool & Spa Guidelines

Spa heat is included with your stay.
Please do not use spa heat when outdoor temperatures exceed 95°F, as this may damage the equipment.
Pool heating is available for $100 per day (2-night minimum) and maintains an average temperature of 86°F.
The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.
Pool heating fees are non-refundable, unless equipment failure prevents heating.
Pool Maintenance & Safety
Our pool technician services the pool on Mondays and Thursdays between 6 AM and 6 PM.
No glass is allowed in or around the pool area. Plastic dinnerware is provided.


City of Indio Requirements
The primary guest must provide a valid driver’s license or passport before check-in.
Two city compliance forms must be completed prior to arrival.
Guests must be 21 years or older to book, per city regulations.

Noise, Security & Occupancy
Noise-monitoring devices (Minut) are located in the kitchen and patio areas.
These devices do not record audio—only sound levels.
Parties or events are not allowed unless pre-approved.
Violations may result in immediate eviction and fines ranging from $300 to $1,500.
Exterior security cameras are located at the front and side of the home (no interior or private areas).

Please note: Noise complaints or police visits may result in fines of $1,000 or more.

A/C & Heating Policy
To ensure comfort and energy efficiency, the thermostat is set between 72°F and 80°F.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Smoking inside the home will result in fines of $300–$1,500, plus additional cleaning charges.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 pets are allowed with a $50 per pet, per stay fee.
Pets may not be left unattended and must stay out of the pool area.
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.
