Modern, high-quality vacation home with a garden on the Grevelingenmeer

The house is located in a child-friendly holiday complex with 170 units. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a modern kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a 3-star refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A microwave, a toaster, and an electric kettle are provided.

Behind it is a small dining room, which we’ve furnished with a cosy extendable dining table and 5 chairs. Next to it is a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower in a white-gray colour scheme and red accents.

Upstairs, you’ll find a bright children’s room with 3 beds and a large dormer window, a master bedroom, and a brightly designed half-bath.

The house is equipped with a smart TV featuring satellite reception, a wide variety of German channels, and Wi-Fi, as well as a stereo receiver with a DVD player and USB port. It also includes patio furniture, a grill, and four bicycles. These are used but are inspected every spring.

The living room features a wood-burning stove and modern leather sofas. Books and games are available. The house features a spacious outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the sun from noon until sunset. The garden is bordered by vegetation. A new, large garden shed offers enough space to safely store any bicycles or e-bikes you bring along inside.

Playgrounds, a football field, and a
basketball court, as well as a foosball table and a ping-pong table, are located in the immediate vicinity. Shopping options, restaurants, a swimming pool, a bowling alley, tennis courts, mini-golf, an 18-hole golf course, and the marina are all within walking distance. At the marina—which has been expanded in recent years—you’ll find a small, landscaped sandy beach. It’s a 5-minute walk to get there. The North Sea beaches near Renesse and Burgh-Hamstede are a 25-minute drive away.
A very beautiful, well-maintained 18-hole golf course is also within walking distance.

Final cleaning is estimated at €60. Water and gas are included.

Additional costs apply for the parking permit (€1.50 per day) and administrative fees (currently €12.50). We do not charge these fees.

Pets are not allowed. The house is a smoke-free property.
