The setting of the cabin is really nice. The lake is beautiful- we got to hear loons in the morning! There are houses near by, but it still felt like a nice retreat. It’s definitely an older cabin, more rustic than some. For us that was part of the charm. The deck was a really nice place to relax. We wish we could have stayed longer! I think it would be a nice place to spend a long weekend any time of the year.

I love this cabin since it reminds me of the place my grandparents had in northern Michigan when I was a kid. I had so much fun recapturing some of my childhood "up north" memories on the lake. Just having the windows open with the breeze coming off the water was heaven. I went fishing off the dock for hours (caught some big bass!) and also took out the canoe for about half a day. I happened to be traveling alone for this trip, so I had the place all to myself... but there would be plenty of room to bring the rest of my family if I ever came to the area again. The cabin was cozy and charming ... and of special interest to those of us who love places with character and history.

Great views and great stay

I stayed for two nights and the cabin was great. The views of the lake right out of the front was amazing. I very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. Patrick was easy to communicate with and made check in check out easy.

Relaxing Getaway

This cabin was a perfect home away from home for the weekend! The lake is beautiful and having our own dock was very nice! Patrick was very helpful and easy to get into contact with. Hopefully we’ll make a trip back here in the future!
