• The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age and present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit at check-in
• The guest who books the stay must be physically present at check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first
• The apartment is located in a timeshare complex. Pictures are from a typical unit; the exact unit is assigned at check-in. View and layout may vary, but all units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout
• Infants and children are counted toward maximum occupancy
