Welcome to your Martha's Vineyard escape in the heart of downtown. This charming home is just two blocks from the historic Daniel Fisher House and the iconic Whaling Church, and only steps from downtown’s shops and restaurants.

With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower, the house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The main floor features a spacious king en-suite bedroom, ideal for those who prefer single-level living. Upstairs, you’ll find a second en-suite queen bedroom and an additional queen bedroom. Two cozy twin bedrooms—one on the first floor and one on the third floor—are perfect for children or solo travelers. A shared bathroom on the second floor serves the queen bedroom and both twin rooms.

The first floor has a warm and functional layout: a cozy sitting room at the front flows into a generous dining area, an inviting TV/family room, and a kitchen at the back of the house. From the kitchen or dining room, step out to the private backyard patio, ideal for relaxing or firing up the BBQ grill after a beach day. A half bath is also conveniently located on this level.

This home is so beautiful and perfect for our visit. The original home was built in 1762 and is very charming. The renovations that have been done are very high quality. It’s walking distance to everything in Edgartown. We really loved it and Jennifer was an amazing host. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

This is an absolutely beautiful property, situated in the BEST location. I rented this house for a 5 day stay, for my son's wedding in Edgartown, and shared the home with 2 other couples. It was comfortable, beautifully appointed, and extremely well-stocked for a rental property. The owners and property manager made every effort to make us feel welcomed, and attended to every detail to create an exceptional vacation spot. We had a wonderful time, and I will not hesitate to book this home for my next stay on Martha's Vineyard!

We had a great stay at this lovely home in MV. Jennifer was a super host and accessible and we loved the welcome basket with baked goods and coffee! The location was perfect. Close enough to walk to all the restaurants and shops yet far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings. We will definitely return to this lovely home!

Location was ideal for us. Walking distance to all Edgartown has to offer, close to bike paths, and easy drive to everywhere. The house was fabulous, well stocked with everything we needed, except for a glitch with the oven, and I became very attached to the house, beautiful back yard with awesome grill, and outdoor shower. Thanks to Jen, who was a great host and very responsive. We couldn't have been happier!

Location, location, location

Do not hesitate to choose this property for your stay on Martha’s Vineyard. The house is immaculate, roomy, and well appointed. The restaurants and shops are a pleasant stroll away, and it’s a short walk to the bus stop (Bonus: All VTA bus rides are free through September!). The property manager met us at the house to check in and show us around, and she couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating.

Beautiful home

My friends and I had a wonderful time! Prime location, walkable to restaurants and shops. The home was beautiful and perfect for a large group. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. The welcome package was such a nice touch! Plenty of towels and beach chairs. The owner was so accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the Fourth of July!

Our stay in Martha’s Vineyard was a great time! One of the best parts was our stay here in this great property. House was fully furnished, comfortable and inviting, and well equipped and stocked with all of our needs. The welcome coffee & treats were most appreciated. One suggestion- it’s a great house for couples to vacation in, so another king bed upstairs would be an asset. FYI - the primary king is very comfy but with the slightest move while sleeping it is very noisy - might need tightening?? Overall a great stay! Thank you Jen for being a wonderful host!!

This rental home is amazing! Five stars all around! Location, cleanliness, communication with the property manager, amenities, adorableness of the property- it had it all. We did NOT want to leave! On the Vineyard for our son’s wedding, this home provided the perfect home base for our family to enjoy all the weekend had in store. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the baked goods welcome basket, “Things to Do” brochures and the “Did you forget something?” toiletries. Not a detail was overlooked and Jen, the property manager, was one of the kindest, most professional and engaging people we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. We loved the fact she is a true local so getting an “insiders” take on all things Vineyard was awesome! Again, the location of this charmingly historical home is perfect for walking into Edgartown. We cannot wait to return!
