In this secure, gated community you will find this peaceful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home a welcome escape. Watch the sunset nightly from your choice of three outdoor living spaces. Located just a short distance from Rosarito and Ensenada, there is no shortage of activities. You can also enjoy a day at the wineries as Mexico's wine country is just 20 minutes away. $1600 per month. We will provide a monthly housekeeper and gardener.

After my first solo trip at age 12, I realized early that travel was not just a hobby, but a lifestyle. Having grown up in Chicago, I exhaustively traveled the Midwest like the Griswold's. As an adult, I was lucky enough to reside on the west and the east coast of the USA with a lot of time spent in Baja Mexico. Trying to get to all the fifty states with more international travel peppered in is the goal!
Why they chose this property
Our goal was to find a home in Ensenada. What we found is that we love both Ensenada and Rosarito and being right in the middle works perfect. Bajamar golf course is an exit away, the San Diego airport is close, and Valle de Guadalupe is a beautiful short 25 min. away. And we love wine.
As for the neighborhood, it's so pretty! The white walls of the Villas feel so beachy, the views are incredible and the neighborhood amenities are perfect. Pool, hot tub, beach - perfect combo.
What makes this property unique
We decorated and furnished the home as if our family is living there. That is the ultimate goal. We want our guests to feel like family.
