The property was exactly as described, and perfect for our family mix, with ample sleeping arrangements and TVs in each room to accommodate everyone that wanted to watch something different. We had a minor issue with the stand-alone AC units that we were able to resolve on our own, and the units helped to keep the second-floor bedrooms cool in the warm temps. Modern appliances throughout, beautiful bathrooms and ample amenities available for our travelling crew. Located close to grocery and restaurants if needed. Easily parked three cars in the driveway with no problem.
This place is as neat and clean as a whistle. It easily accommodated our family and was just what we needed for a short stay in Grand Rapids for our Granddaughters graduation!Highly recommend this property.
Lovely home! Conveniently located. Perfect for our getaway! Able to relax after touring the area Jenna and Trent were both attentive to communication . I would definitely stay here again
We ran out of toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels. (there were no back-ups) Host apologized jut was out of town, We ended up going to the store to buy more and felt it would have been nice to be reimbursed for those items. House is really 3 bedrooms- 4th bedroom is a pull out couch in the living room.
The kitchen needs a few extra things, like containers, dish towels and dish cloths, scissors just simple things and the bathroom just needs more hand towels, other than that it was very nice.
This property was so cute and cozy! The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. The beds were really comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and spacious. Perfect for our group of 6. Highly recommend!
The central air on the first floor was not actively working. I had to reset the system, including the programmable Nest thermostat. I suggest installing something with an app allowing the host to preset temps so the house temp is manageable at checkin. When I entered the property, the house temp was 78*. I thought I had set the temp to 68* and lewft to grab a few groceries and eat dinner. Upon returning 2 hours later, the house temp was 80*. After googling how to reset the digital thermostat, we were able to get the AC unit working. Upstairs, the house was stifling asn the portable AC units couldn't keep up, especially when the unit in the front bedroom kept coming unattached from the window outlet, causing it to blow the hot exhaust air back into the room.Additionally, there wqere no trash bags other than the one in the garbage can for us to dispose of garbage properly. When we went to put garbage in the two portable dumpsters outside, the smell and bugs were horrible. We left one of the two in the street and then used the one we did move to remove trash from the house.Great house and great location - was perfect for what we needed to attend an event in GR, but hesitant to rebook this property due to the discomfort of AC in bedrooms and the main space on a very hot weekedn where there was also air quality issues keeping us in the house when not at our event.
We were Grand Rapids for a wedding, and this place was great for housing family traveling from all over. The house was easy to access, roomy, and clean.
