2 COTTAGES WITH A SHARED DECK 4 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHS, SLEEPS 8. VACATION TOGETHER
Enjoy this newly remodeled Seaside Heights cottage compound only blocks from the bay and blocks from the beach! This is the first season its available. This is perfect for two groups vacationing together yet still allows for privacy. If you want only one cottage, search: 245A Sheridan Ave.
Each house has:
A kitchen outfitted with a fridge, stove/oven, coffeemaker, and toaster along with all dishware so you can make meals with your family and friends. Additionally, there is a living room with two pull-out couches (one full bed, one twin bed) and a 50 inch smart flat-screen TV. There are 2 bedrooms in each home:
House A has one room with a queen bed and the other has a full bed. Also, in the living room, there are two pull-out couches (one full bed, one twin bed)
House B has one room with a queen bed, and the other room has twin bunk beds. Also, in the living room, there are two pull-out couches (one full bed, one twin bed)
The backyard escape is perfect for relaxing after the beach. There is a large patio table with string lights overhead, cornhole boards, and even an outdoor shower! 10 beach badges are included, along with beach chairs.

-No underage drinking
-No subleasing
-Street Parking
-Smoke-free/pet-free home
-Must be 25 or older to rent
-Guest must follow township recycling and trash instructions
-Quiet Hours after 10 pm
