Beautiful self-contained Guest House in the Historic District, just a few minutes' walk to all the top attractions, restaurants, and everything downtown has to offer. Flagler Cottage is newly listed and connected to one of the premier properties in the Historic Flagler Model Land District. No other property here accommodates up to 3 Couples (6 guests), with spacious living areas and on-site parking for two vehicles.

Accommodation Features:
Inside the Cottage, ample living space awaits. On the main floor, discover a primary bedroom suite boasting a king bed and an adjoining full bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms each feature a queen bed and generous closet space, with a centrally located full bathroom serving both rooms. All bathrooms include a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower; please note, there are no tubs. The Cottage offers full WiFi, and an interior Washer and Dryer for guest convenience.

Work & Entertainment:
Need to work? The Cottage offers a spacious dining room table for ample workspace, along with desks in the upstairs bedrooms. Enjoy modern amenities with a 65" flat screen TV in the living room and 50" TVs in each bedroom, which are all ROKU-enabled for streaming. Cable TV is also provided (in the living room only).

House Rules & Amenities:
Flagler Cottage welcomes guests aged 25 and above, strictly enforcing a non-smoking/vaping policy both inside the Cottage and on the property grounds. No exterior seating is provided. The Cottage caters to couples, small families, and peaceful retreats, not parties or celebrations.

Privacy & Essentials Provided:
Flagler Cottage offers complete privacy, with hosts nearby for assistance if needed. Essential amenities include basic cooking supplies, beach and bath towels, toiletries, laundry essentials, and entertainment options like games, puzzles, and books.

Not Provided:
While bikes, boogie boards, and surfboards aren't supplied, local rental companies offer convenient options.

Attractive monthly rates are available upon request.

Important House Rules:
Flagler Cottage accommodates up to 6 guests, strictly enforcing a no-pet policy and limiting guest numbers. The property prohibits weddings, parties, or events, with a two-vehicle parking limit and no large vehicles allowed. The booking guest must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. There is also no guest swapping or additional visiting guests permitted on the property during your stay. The only people allowed into the Cottage (and on the property) are the guests approved from the initial booking. Please also note exterior of the property is monitored by a security camera which can capture entry and exit of guests. There are NO interior security cameras.

This is a wonderful place to stay if visiting St. Augustine! Both Nikki and Steve were very friendly and knowledged of the area and can answer any question you might have. We have stayed at many different rentals in St. Augustine and the Flagler Cottage is by far the best!

Beautiful cottage exactly as described! I appreciated the owner personally coming over to welcome us and show us around the unit. We needed to be close to the Flagler College campus and this place is about 2 blocks away. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and recommend it!

The property was conveniently located within easy walking distance to the fort, old town and St. George St. The hosts were really helpful with our plans and we would stay here again if visiting St. Augustine.

The host was extremely welcoming and we appreciated being greeted and shown around the unit. The house was charming, nicely furnished/appointed, and all the amenities were top notch. There were many above & beyond touches including personal care items and all those kitchen extras you forget to buy at the store. The property was in great shape and the online pics matched the unit…always a nice surprise. We’d definitely stay here the next time we’re in St. Augustine as the location is ideal and we walked to all the main attractions and restaurants in old town.

Girls’ Getaway

Perfect spot for annual meetup of former college roomies. We like to explore the sights, take in the local scenery, and shop with plenty of restaurants nearby. Flagler Cottage was perfect for this. Cars stayed parked most of the stay as the sites were easily walkable. Only hopped in car to go to lighthouse and a beach sunset trip. All in home was so comfortable and all agreed, this is the cleanest place we’ve ever rented!

Wonderful historic cottage.

Our adult family of six spent 10 wonderful days in this restored cottage. We were within a few blocks of historic St Augustine and the marina. Our hosts reside in the attached main house and were immediately available with answers to any questions we had. We highly recommend the cottage with its many extra amenities. We look forward to returning and spending another vacation here when we return.

Beautiful home walking distance to most places

This is a gorgeous & well stocked home with everything you need for your home away from Home vacation!! Very comfy beds, plenty of space for my 5 family members, very safe area and easily accessible and close to EVERYTHING!!!! We did a golf cart pick up service one day, used Lyft service once and then walked to a few of the closer places but my Mom just couldn’t walk as far as the others could or else we would have walked most places. The home owners greeted us upon arrival, walked us thru the whole house and welcomed us. SUPER nice host and helped us with so many questions about transportation and places to go! It was truly an amazing trip!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Lovely cottage close to everything

Steve and Nikki are great hosts. Nikki met us when we arrived to let us in and show us around. She also gave us some tips on what to see and where to eat. Both are very nice and responsive.The property is exactly as it is shown. Lot of room to unpack. Plenty of dresser and closet space available, even enough for a longer stay. The house is very nicely decorated and cozy. There is a lot of space in this home to spread out, and the living room is a great size. The bed in the master downstairs is very comfortable. We did not use the other 2 bedrooms, but I would assume they would be the same quality. The dining area was a good size too. It's a nice property. It was very clean and very well maintained. The best part of this cottage, is that most of the action is within walking or biking distance. We biked most of the time we were here and it took us 3 minutes to ride up to the historic district.We had a great stay and will be booking this cottage in the future. Thank you both for a great stay!

The property is centrally located close to downtown St Augustine so we were able to walk to most restaurants and activities we had planned.
