I am a Christian, 45yo male, happily married for 15 years to my wife with whom I have 2 kids (14 and 12yo), born and raised in Guatemala. Business man, Industrial Engineer, enjoy nature, family time and travel. Like being a host to share and maintain my family heritage apartment. Glad to host foreign visitors to get to know my country and discover its beauty with one of a kind weather.
Why they chose this property
Close but still away from city trafic and noise. Very close to Cayalá turist attraction zone. One of a kind condo, with a big park and natural surroundings. Villas de San Isidro is the best place to live in Guatemala as far a I know. Private security guards the area, so you can enjoy all the common areas without having to worry about anything.
What makes this property unique
Big open green common areas are unusual in Guatemala. An interesting variety of birds live in the surrounding threes and insided the condo. Any gest will surely enjoy the birds singing in the mornings. Great for a morning walk if you like to see carpenters, turtledoves, melodious black birds, hummingbirds, and many more. Lots of playground if you have kids. You also have a heated pool and a gym.
