The condo is a studio, 0n the bottom floor including, granite countertops. A new king size bed, with a full bathroom including a tub shower. A full closet, Dresser. A nice kitchen, with convection/microwave combination and a cooktop, with many amenities.

A fairly large lanai with a beautiful ocean view.
The nightly price is sometimes negotiable, depending on length of stay. I have many options for car rentals.

With many beach access within walking distance , lots of Monk Seals on some of the beaches close by, many hikes available.
Beautiful sunsets, brilliant colored sky, almost daily.
A lot of Historical sites, to drive around and see.

Peaceful

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay off the beaten path. Host Julie was very helpful from car rental to helping us when our flight was canceled. Looking forward to returning and staying longer

Good place to stay on molokai

Came over on Friday and paddle home on Saturday. Good place to stay on molokai for x2 people. Clean and quite for good rest before the race.

Really enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable bed. The place was clean and homely. I appreciated that we were able to easily get in contact with the manager who helped us with all our needs. It is a small and simple place but had everything we needed. Would go back for sure.

I’ve been coming to Moloka’i over the past 20 years and your rental was the cleanest and most comfortable unit I’ve stayed in. Communication, check in were all great! Wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you again!

A little taste of paradise

We had a wonderful stay. The suite was overall very well appointed which made cooking and entertaining easy. The view, as you sit out on the patio was exceptional and did not disappoint. Julie and her husband were lovely. We were able to meet up with them and have a glass of wine before they left. We will definitely be booking again.

Why they chose this property

Our area has many beaches and short and long hikes, available to access, to be able to enjoy their beauty. We have beautiful ocean view pool on the property and a small sundry store, with clothes, some jewelry and small food items to purchase. While we have a beautiful beach directly in front of the condo, it is advised to be not a safe swimming beach. To the right of the pool, the beach there is called Surfer Beach and people do enjoy the beach and water there. Down the Kaulakoi Road, there is a secluded cove beach called Dixie Maru, which is a nice snorkeling, swimming and relaxing beach area I am available for any questions you may have or questions during your stay or before. For questions with problems please contact our Island Contact Pauline, her number will be included in your check in information.

What makes this property unique

PLEASE REMEMBER THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR HOUSEKEEPING, IF SAND IS NOT ELIMINATED FROM CLOTHING, SHOES AND FEET. ALSO IF THE DRAIN, IN TUB IS PLUGGED THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR A PLUMBER TO FIX. Please keep your garbage emptied, as it keeps the tropical bugs and pests at a minimum. Try and do up your dishes, upon checkout. Quiet time is from 10PM to 8AM. Be respectful of your noise, as not to bother others during the day. Smoking is only allowed in smoking designated areas Enjoy the beauty of our facility and the Island of Molokai !
