Meh

Shallotte is conveniently located however some of the neighboring house to this one are concerning. Double wide trailer It is roomy and recently painted. The outside yard is not kept as appears in photos. Can’t help the neighbors but the amount of cameras and security lights are red flag. Clean but not detailed clean. Musty, 3 plugs in were there but empty and sitting on shelves. Lots of lightbulbs out. This is a Vacasa managed house and they were good though.
