This home boasts 6.5 bathrooms so there is plenty of space for everyone. Spacious private en suite bathrooms are a convenient feature for 3 of the bedrooms.

A downstairs full guest bathroom is adjacent to the 2nd Adult King bedroom.

A Bowser themed full bathroom is shared between Princess Peach and Mario's World bedrooms. It is complete with a bath/shower combo and a vanity.

Another guest full bathroom is upstairs with a bathtub/shower and vanity for the Disney Loft and Avatar Bedrooms.

The kitchen, pool, and entertainment area also have access to the half bathroom on the main floor for added flexibility. You will find fresh towels in all bathrooms.

Entertain with ease in this flowing space that leads to the lounge featuring cozy modern couches and an HDTV enabled with Roku. This skillfully designed space inspires a sense of relaxation that lead to the covered patio oasis, inviting you to get active again after a well-deserved nap.

There is an onsite washer and dryer for you to use, along with high-speed WiFi throughout the home. Use the designated workspace equipped with a printer and monitor in the Master Bedroom for those who may need to work while away.

The garage has been converted into an epic Guardians of the Galaxy Game room that includes A/C for your gaming comfort!  Enjoy two 32" Infinity Arcade tables for endless entertainment and competition.  You also have an air-hockey table ready for a family tournament.

The crystal clear heated pool is set to 80 degrees during summer and 85 degrees during winter to ensure year-round enjoyment for the whole family. The fabulous outdoor grill is a treat for any grillmaster wanting to show off their skills during your getaway. Take in the poolside surroundings as you and the kids relax in a secure and enclosed paradise.

Guest Access:
Guests of this gorgeous villa have complete access to the entire home the moment they step through the front door. With self-check-in, we invite guests to make themselves at home here in this beautiful Disney getaway. The clubhouse and resort pools are just a short walk away.  Our guests have free access to all the resort amenities, to include the gym fitness center. 

Solara Resort offers multiple unique and exciting activities for the whole family to enjoy. Book your timeslot for the Wave Simulator, play around in the splash pad and pool area, or challenge family and friends to a game of basketball, volleyball, or soccer. A fitness center, bar, and grill await the adults in the group. Teens and tweens are welcome in an age-oriented center just for them, and the whole family can indulge in the ice cream parlor and Tiki Bar.

As per Florida law, we are unable to leave any open food items in the fridges and cupboards, so please bring along your own coffee and food supplies for your stay.

There is no housekeeping service included in the rental rate. However, we can arrange mid-stay cleaning for you at an additional fee. Our homes are professionally and thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay.
Parking: Solara is a gated secure community. You have 1-2 parking spaces in the driveway and ample free street parking.

A starter pack of supplies will be provided for your arrival. This includes:
1 Dish sponge
1 Paper towel
1 Dish detergent
3 Extra trash bags
2 Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
2 - 3 Dishwashing capsules
1 Small soap and shampoo/conditioner per bathroom
Please stop by the local supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
