*In September 2024, the main community pool will be undergoing maintenance for your future enjoyment. The pool area, and hot tub, will be closed for the month. The private pool (at the home) is not effected by this closure)*

We are experienced vacation home owners and know the enjoyment of your vacation home is in the details. We offer keyless and contactless arrival & departure to get you into vacation mode faster. FREE BBQ GRILL ready for you on the lanai, upgraded internet for remote work and fast gaming speed in the game room, and an on-site property manager to provide you with the customer service you deserve.

I've stayed at Windsor Hills many times. The properties are always impressive. Our host Sara made this property stand out among the many greats. She was always quick to reply, early on getting us information, and went above and beyond in accommodating our party. Sara managed to get Christmas decorations put up on short notice which surprised many of our party.

We had a great stay, plenty of room for everyone (we had 8 a baby). Location is great however part of a good location means terrible traffic. That was our only complaint and it had nothing to do with the property. Check in was easy, tons of space and activities, would definitely recommend.

Windsor Hills is "minutes from the magic", unquestionably the preferred resort for those who want to be as close to Disney World as you can get while enjoying world-class amentities in a luxury gated communty.

I absolutely love being able to be on Disney property so quickly and see all the great icons that makes Disney so famous! After a long day at the park, it’s a very quick drive home to relaxation & a private pool and spa.

What makes this property unique

From the outside, our villa resembles many other villas in Windsor Hills, but once you step inside you realize it’s remarkably different. Impeccable detail has been taken in the decoration and amenities provided within our home. We personally stay in our home several times throughout the year so we can experience it as a guest.

One of our favorite parts of our home is our private pool. With no rear neighbors and "florida glass" around the lower pool screen, you can enjoy swimming and sun bathing with the privacy you deserve on vacation. Our pool has been upgraded to SALT WATER, so your little ones can enjoy swimming for longer with less irritation of heavy chlorine chemicals.

Our management company is available 24/7, so you have the comfort and security knowing you have access to professionals if anything may need attention.
