This unit has everything you need in it. The only thing you need to bring is food. Close to golf courses, the casino, a beautiful park is not far down the road. We had a blast!
We had a 12 man golf trip in the area and this was our 2nd time staying here. There was plenty of room, everything was clean and it worked out perfectly again.
Floyd was great! There is a cat, she is very sweet. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had 13 people (8 stayed the night). The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of space.
This space was AMAZING!!! So lovely! More jam enough space. Everything was clean, owner is great at communicating! Our group was very mixed in age and everyone enjoyed themselves! Extra covers extra towels I can go on and on about this great home the photos do no justice. Thank you Floyd. This is definitely at the top of our double backs be seeing u again soon

Spacious and worked for our group
None of the sliders worked very well. Some didn’t open and some were hard to open/shut. Living room and kitchen nice and spacious. Massage chair was a hit. We didn’t realize the cat was there and we had a member of our party who was allergic and had to find hotel to stay elsewhere. Overall worked for our purpose.
We stayed at the Log House for a family wedding weekend. It served the purpose and was close to the venue. The kitchen was well-stocked for multiple cooks to prepare a family dinner. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor porches and visits from the adorable house cat Grey. We had family members that were allergic to the cat so she politely stayed outside. The owner Floyd was attentive to our messages and needs. Overall it was a good experience.
I don't have enough amazing words regarding the stay and the hospitality of the owner is amazing. Area of the property is just beautiful and more beautiful is how the house is decorated with natural creeper plants every where. My friends and I we were a group of 14 people and we did not even have difficulty sleeping or anything like that. All the basic necessities were provided properly. I would recommend some million times and to anyone to come to this property

Thank you for staying at Cedar Crest.
I’m very happy to be part of Everyone’s Memories for Your engagement.
We wish you the best to come!
We LOVED our stay at Floyd's home! The only minor issue we had was we found out 30 minutes before arrival that there is a cat that lives in the house, while we are there. We did not know about the cat ahead of time, and panicked because two of the guests coming are allergic. Floyd was able to have the cat moved to a different house for the weekend and the allergies weren't terrible, but still present. Overall, it was a great time and the perfect location! We will definitely be back in the summer!
My stay at Floyd’s house was a wonderful time! I was the planner of a mixed bachelor and bachelorette party so there was plenty of space for everyone involved. It was a wonderful location with a golf spot nearby and a couple wineries. Floyd was a wonderful host, very good with communication, and had everything provided for me and my friends. Regardless of the rainy weather, we were able to enjoy playing games outside with a covered porch, and on the days where it didn’t rain we had the entire spacious backyard to play games in. I would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group of people!
I had a 14-person party for my best friend for his bachelor party. Floyd was very responsive to any questions and readily available. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded, rural setting, with abundant sleeping space/beds, a cozy rustic interior, and all the outdoor space you could ever need (especially for a 14-top of some pretty serious cornhole players), this is the place for you. Remus is very small but seemed to have all the amenities you could need. Dollar store, market, etc., and was only a mile down the road.
When we arrived at the house, there was a cat in the home. There was cat hair over most of the furniture and we were not made aware that there were pets there. We had guests that we very allergic to cats. There was no book about the house, how to close it down. There was no hot tub as it was clearly listed on the posting. We couldn't get a hold of the owners and then they showed up unannounced on Saturday WITHOUT KNOCKING!
