Cell Service:
Reception in the Jordan River area and surrounding communities can be spotty. This can be a perfect opportunity to truly disconnect and escape

***WINTER MONTHS***
If the temperature is going to be below 0° during your stay the outdoor Shower and Tub will be disconnected and un available for use so our pipes don't freeze.
**SUMMER MONTHS**

There are only a few coffee shops and restaurant's about 3-15 min drive from the cabin. The closest town with amenities and a grocery store is Sooke which is about 30 min drive from the cabin.
We would suggest grabbing any food and drinks you might want before coming out to Jordan River.
-Smoking outside only~sea shells can be used for ash trays
Drone flying:
No flying over the property or neighbouring properties.
Septic System Rules:
This property is on a septic system, so guests should avoid flushing sanitary napkins, paper towels, dental floss, basically anything you didn't eat first, down the toilet (toilet paper provided is ok)
No food scraps or grease from pans down the sinks or toilet either.
The cabin features its own private driveway, separate from ours, ensuring privacy during your stay. You’ll have full access to enjoy the cabin, the grassy area beside it, the yard in front, and the peaceful forest views.
