I had a lovely stay at Ylang Cottage. The setting was quite beautiful in a tropical garden and included a screened in porch with a modern hammock swing.The double bed was very comfortable with nice linens and the bathroom had a walk in shower with plenty of hot water. I loved the quiet location and proximity to The Hermitage (5 minute walk) where I could enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and meet friends and new guests.Tracey and her husband were very welcoming and easily available for advice or questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Sight of the sea from access road

A clean and cosy space to stay in with a well kept fruitful garden. Very homely.There are walks to explore on quiet trail roads, also not too far from the main island road for access to the property.Very helpful, friendly and considerate hosts.

Beautiful spot!

Tracey and Earl were great at communicating early and providing helpful info for arranging our stay - e.g. car rental, water taxi, etc. The cottage is new and updated, with all the amenities of home, including a garden! We toured around a lot and regret not spending more time here - friendly neighbours, close to everything including nature trails, monkeys everyday, etc. Highly recommended!

Paradise

This place is like a dream. The hosts were not only amazing but became our friends. The fresh coconuts left for us almost daily were a lifesaver after long days exploring in the sun. Great place to relax, read, Dailey walks, be with nature. Location ,location, location. The kitchen was wonderful and we cooked many meals here. Internet service was great and all amenities were new. We loved it and will be back. Thank you Tracey and Earl.

This was a fabulous stay. The hosts are awesome and responsive. The cottage is adorable, comfortable, and well equipped. The surrounding yard is beautiful and full of edible life. I didn’t want to leave there. Hermitage Hotel is a 2-3 minute walk away. I highly recommend renting a vehicle for this location. I did not because I didn’t plan on doing much. To get here you will need to take a taxi from the airport to a ferry or water taxi. The water taxi takes you across the water to the island pier, then take a taxi to the location. I can see myself returning in the future. Best stay ever.

Nevis Naturally is the tag line for the Nevis Tourism Authority and it sums up the island perfectly. We live at a higher elevation so we benefit from cooling breezes. We live in a quiet location which is only a short distance to the island main road.
